Step 1: Listen to each sound and its examples.
🗣 NOTE:
For the sound [ø], the mouth is closed, the lips are rounded, the tongue is positioned forward and touches the lower teeth.
For the sound [œ], the mouth is open, the lips are rounded, and the tongue is also positioned forward, touching the lower teeth.
📌 The only difference in pronunciation between the two sounds is the mouth's openness.
